For a long time I've been interested in coding and how it's applied to different fields. When i got a chance to create anything I want, I decided to try coding. The concept is a art piece that changes every second and is different every time. As a base for this I used one rule from kandinsky's color theory. This rule is about angles, it states that different angles have different energy levels and should change color to match. Low degree angles are yellow and change towards red until 90 degrees then it changes to purple then to blue then fades to black as you get to 180. In my piece the color depends on the angle correlating to that rule. The movement of the lines follows the direction of the first line creating lots of loops.

dockumentary project
(75 to 100 words) How did you go about making this project take off? What were helpful pieces? (content lecture(s) or instructional videos, project objectives and rubric, work time, check ins, critique, exhibition with a live audience, uploading message to youtube, etc...)
Project Reflection Section - Pick 3-5 of the following questions to answer in relationship to having completed the documentary project. (30-50 words per answer, Free-write in google docs first so that you can spell check and word count)
(i.e., What I learned and am taking away from having completed this project...)
Inquiry Questions (answer 3-5 of the following 8 project questions):

Inquiry Questions (answer 3-5 of the following 8 project questions):
- How is art used in everyday life?
- Art is part of everyday for people around the world weather your creating it or at a gallery at a movie or using a interface it is all art. one example of this is apps. In apps depending if its a game or a utility it has different. games have character art background art and other things without artists games would be made out of just cubes.another example is a utility. a interface has to be created to make the utility usable. these are all forms of art that creep their way into our lives.
- How and why is art used as a vehicle for communication?
- The most obvious answer to this question is poetry poetry is art, but other art can convey messages. All art conveys a message. If art had no reason for being it wouldn't be art some art can mean different things depending on who sees it and some messages are clear as day.
- Why do Artists Produce Preliminary Plans? (sketches, brainstorms, storyboards, etc?)
- Because art is supposed to send a message you don't want to sent a wrong message or send a sloppy one. These preliminary sketches aren't to produce a pice of art it is to plan how you are going to create that pice of art and what it is going to protray

Design project
Answer the following prompts:
- In this project I learned a couple things about, how to use the pen tool, how to color pen lines, and the proses of design. The Pen tool can be hard to manipulate sometimes, so figuring out the pen toll was key. Sometimes it can be hard to make lots of different color versions, but not if you know how. The design proses Can take you from nothing to something quick.
- The thing I will take from this project is the design proses, this proses helps you go from nothing to something. The proses works like this. First, you Draw out as many logos possible, so that you can start creating the good ones. after you create the good ones you pick one to refine and make your logo.
- What is your personal connection to the logo?
- Any other thoughts you'd like me to know about your process/project/product
self-portrait
Why is it important to understand the intentions behind an artwork? A self-portrait in particular?
Like most art this self portrait is not how it seems. There is always a hidden meaning in art, and if you don't find that inner meaning then you will only see the art as a bunch of colors instead of beautiful work. A motive can change a yellow blob to a statement about drunk driving or war. you have to look at an artists art from their view.
What problem solving skills are employed in making visual reflections of self?
One of the many thing s that you might have to problem solve is resolution. If an image has too low resolution when you print it it will look pixelated. so in my case I used that low resolution picture and made it smaller on a background.

Teacher creatur project
Project description: In this project we took a staff member that we wanted to photoshop and sent them a survey with questions we made. We used their answers to make them into a creature. we took their photo from the archives and made them into things. My method was taking the character (spongebob) and matching the hue to the teacher's face. Because if the creatures design I focused more on the background. The hardest part of the project was finding a way to make the rest of the image interesting. since the character I was photoshopping dusty into was Iconic I had to make the background interesting. My art style is to make the focos not the most interesting part and create weird backgrounds or side characters. An example of this in my teacher creature is the static background under that layer of static is another background. I do this so each time you look you can find something new. My obsession over spongebob subconsciously guided me to add references to the doodlebob episode of spongebob. thin si liked as a kid (and still like) added to this.
